What do you think is the most powerful form of online advertising that exists today on the internet? Perhaps you think it is banner advertising? In theory if you build up the right type of network of sites either your own or with the help of some online friends you can quickly rise to the top. The power of the written word as an advertisement is demonstrated billions of times every day. When ever some one comes online to a search engine and types in what they are looking for the number one driving force for the results are the text links voting for those sites. That’s all that text links are they are votes for whatever they are linking to. The more text links pointing to a website the more popular that site will be and that’s the number one rule for seo.
The better the quality of links pointing to your site the better your advertising efforts will pay off.
